  SIgn paperwork before going, there is no office

  I went to facility and spent an hour getting everything set up. Had terrible cell reception and took time to exchange information

  Hi Gerald, thanks for the positive review on Sparefoot. We are a remotely operated facility (no staff/daily office hours), although I live less than 5 minutes from the property and can meet most any time. Most of our clients rent their unit from the comfort of their home or office. Unfortunately we cannot control everyone's phone service speeds. If speeds are optimal then our online process typically takes just a few minutes. Again, thanks for the positive review and we look forward to continuing to serve your storage needs.
