New management means growing pains
I wanted to really enjoy the experience and really trust where my stuff is located. The facility is old and it shows. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not sure when the new management came in but the place is in need of some upgrades. The online group that does the reservations didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know the door code so that was a bit of a struggle. The place does not feel safe especially when I walk into the building and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s hit or miss whether or not the gate will be open on Sundays and what time. The ease of renting the unit definitely helped and if the much needed upgrades are put in place, it could be quite nice. However, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be moving out of there as soon as I can for all the reasons I stated above.

Thank you very much for your thoughtful review. Yes, we are the new owners (two weeks in) and we have some big plans for the facility to improve its security. In fact, on Sept 15th, a new security fence and security gate are being installed. Following that will be security cameras, new lighting, and some fresh paint in certain areas. Last, we will have the all drive aisles re-graded and new gravel put down. The previous owners really neglected the facility and our goal is to dramatically improve it. Thank you for being a customer and we appreciate your feedback.
