Excellent Customer Service
Paul was so very helpful to me by reserving a unit for me before I left Idaho and then finalizing the reservation by phone when I got to New York. He was helpful with suggestions for the unit size and location as I would be arriving after the office closed. He also emailed me the pertinent information and made sure the unit I am renting would have good lighting to unload by. The unit itself met my needs. Besides all this help Paul also has a great sense of humor and eased the stress of such a big move. I highly recommend Global Storage/SpareFoot to anyone needing a storage locker.

Very Friendly and Helpful
Nothing but positive!!! Even though the office was swamped with customers, the woman at the counter took it all in stride. Never lost her patience and continued to help every person waiting.
