Great place & customer service is top notch.
My unit has the insulation falling out of the ceiling, the light outside the unit B04 the light keeps shutting off and wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t turn back in for some time even stepping in front of it, waving my hands since I figured itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a motion sensor but doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t respond to motion. That needs to be fixed itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a hazard it shuts off when it shouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t. As well it shows online closes at 1030pm, but I went last night at 1007 and was denied access advising the facility was closed. I should have had access until 1030, that was really inconvenient to say the least. Customer service rep Debra is awesome very pleasant.
