horrible customer service
After payment was made, and link was given to the renting webpage to get the code to their lock and door code, it too many phone calls , hours waiting back for calls , no one answered the video call in the lobby, it took (4) days to get in to the unit.
Then I agreed to rent here I was told 24-7 access, but after days of complaining about any access we got ahold of MO, she told me mo we did not pay for 27-7 access and that is an extra $10.00 and nothing can be done to avoid that fee, I said that is sad when we made it clear that was the most important part to us to accommodate our schedule's, so there went $10.00 ,more.
I was skeptical of renting here after all the bad reviews, but now I see why there is so many bad reviews and understand them.
Property is unattended by a person or video phone people, you need a code for a bathroom, you need a green lock which is their lock ( so they have access to your stored items) and then your lock.
It's a mess here , location is great, they just need people to run it, otherwise it's NOT a bad place, just bad business practice's.
