The gentleman at the site was amazing and very helpful! Overall I thought process on website was very cumbersome. You get 4 stars for the gentleman at the Buffalo site!

Mario was very efficient and after I gave him my criteria, he had me set up with the owner to visit the unit. The process took about 45 minutes to get from my initial call to view the unit.
