Moved in on 01/04/15 and 2 days later I go to put additional items in my storage and I came across a possum in my unit. Its apparent they have a pest problem because when I moved in they were having an issue with customers complaining about it then

Hi Katanya, we are sorry about your unexpected experience with the possum. Thank you for sharing your feedback. This is not a normal occurrence and the manager on duty took care of the issue as soon as it was reported. We received a report of two possums in the building. One was found right away and removed while the other was a bit more difficult to locate and trap. Once the the remaining possum's location was reported, it was removed immediately.
