Very clean and secure... customer service helpful while still not helpful.
Biggest gripe about my experience so far is that I was double charged (issues with on the phone booking) and it taking me between 10 and 15 minutes for the desk person to realize this. No manager on duty and there hadn't been one for a few days. My issue probably would have been resolved if there had been one. As it stands, it is unclear if my issue has been resolved. I am moving from about 150 miles to the area where this unit is so I reserved online and got a call immediately with someone to finish my booking. They were obviously new. I didn't know I was getting a second story interior unit until the day I moved in 3 days later. I was charged first month (supposed to be a 50% special for first 2 months), a $25 one time admin fee, insurance, and a lock. Within about an hour or so, the additional charges came through at half of what I had just been charged but for unit rent and insurance. I decided to not call the number they offered since I am dealing with closing on 2 houses at the same time and thought in person might be better. Not so, as after 10-15 min of back and forth on why his explanations didn't make sense, he finally saw an issue...not what it was or how to solve it but that what i was charged didn't seem right. Really hope this gets resolved. Also, they mandate insurance and will charge you first....no option to upload proof of existing insurance...and then credit back. Very annoying.
