5- Star for Luciana property manager who was very helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service in resolving a mix up in the paperwork we encountered . Moving is stressful and emotional enough especially with our 80 year old mother involved. But Luciana was understanding and resolved the situation through the clients eyes! Thank You Luciana!!

Kevin was really helpful today. I found the right size unit after he was kind enough to show me 4 different sizes. He was thorough, friendly and ultimately helpful in getting me everything necessary to start renting a unit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I had the deal as advertised online. His Manager Luciana was right in having Kevin here - Ive been to a few different storage places and people are not usually this helpful.

Greatest Storage Experience!
I truly despise having to pay to store my belongings for any amount of time because I have trust issues with where it is being stored. From the time i checked in, the staff was very welcoming and assured that my belongings would be safe. The more experienced staff members here (especially the gal that lived in Arizona, I forget her name) really exercise customer service excellence. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for operating a safe space for my belongings.
