easy to reserve online
Other than being crashed into a cement pole in reverse on the golf cart as I was being taken out to check unit size, everything was good. My neck is not doing well so that was not a great experience. Also did not receive the Starbucks card as referred to on my confirmation. Haven't been back there since Saturday when I moved my belongings in but the place looks clean and well taken care of.

I ended up renting a 10 x 20 storage unit, the 10 x 20 rental from your site was for a parking spase
The person at the storage place was very helpful. It wasn't clear from your site/their site that the 10 x 20 rental space for a car was for a parking space, not a storage unit. I didn't save any time by 'reserving' a space because I wanted an enclosed storage unit not a parking space.
