Great Storage Facility!
I was looking through Sparefoot for a climate controlled storage area and found this one. Sparefoot helped me and i decided to try it. The Manager was very friendly, helpful and informative. On move in day, paperwork was minimal and Manager was very organized and answered all questions. I am still renting for this storage facility and in the future, if I ever need another storage area, I will rent from this facility.

I got emails from Sparefoot, but then nothing from MoveIt. I reserved the unit late at night, so I understood not getting anything from them first thing in the morning. But when I called MoveIt around lunchtime, they were very uninformative and didnt seem to care about my reservation. The guy told me that I could just come on down with my stuff. OR he could try to find the reservation, look into getting a climate-controlled unit, and someone would call me back. I asked that someone call me back before I came down with my stuff. At least 3 hours later, still nobody had called. I already had the car loaded up, so I just went over there. Once I was there, the woman was very friendly and informative. AND it turned out that a climate-controlled unit had just freed up in the past hour or so. So my waiting actually paid off. But I was frustrated with the guyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s lack of attentiveness in the morningﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ OH, the unit is definitely NOT 5x10x8 as advertised OR listed in the document I signed. They said the unit might vary. But I thought by a few inches, not 1.5 feet !! It was closer to 3.5 x 8.5 x 8. I could not fit one piece of furniture in the unit, but everything else worked out okay.
