Highly Recommend!
So far, this is a fantastic storage facility to rent from! I have rented storage units from two other companies and although they both were great, I was most impressed with CubeSmart's customer service and attentiveness. They called to confirm my online reservation, and called again the day before move-in. They were always very kind and helpful, and when I arrived they were friendly and thoroughly explained their policies--which is the primary negative but understandable. The facility needed to be swept too but my unit was in very good condition. If you call them, just make sure you ask about any specials as they were not advertised on this website. Oh, and they have a FREE 16' truck (incl. four hours and 50 miles) for first-time renters. It made my move even more convenient. Thus far, no major complaints with CubeSmart! Highly recommend!
