correcting my previous review put the wrong conf. code for a great review with the facilty I was unhappy with plz discard previous review. Below is the correct code and review for the correct facility that I chose that is excellent. thank you.
"Just want to let anyone who sees this know that the team at US Storage were the most helpful, thorough and friendly and positive individuals of ANY storage space that I have ever encountered and I'm NOT exaggerating. Eric, Torre, and Hope ran things smoothly getting me situated even though I popped in at the LAST minute. It was a relieving experience during the flustered period of my situation (a last minute out of state move- lots of stuff- no time to downsize) They were definetely above my expectations (even lending a sympathetic ear to my "double espresso" rambling about my current experience and a few not so great experiences at other storage facilities in the past - though Ive had great experiences at other facilities. ...And though they may be used to it from time to time , try not to punish their ears with a verbal novel as I did- right before closing :):) Sorry Guys , and you'd never know it as they are extremely professional and courteous with a smooth and quick process and positive vibes. I am so appreciative and exited about my awesome deal too- The absolute BEST part of all!!! (and sorry for now burning the readers eyes with this morning's double-espresso novel but during this heavy move, I probably need a quadruple espresso at my age. Oh yeah, and they even had to tolerate my extraness on the selfie, I mean I.D. phot op:)- all that was missing beside the perched duck lips, was the one finger resting on the chin or maybe side temple for extra intensity :)) Everyone enjoy your day!
