The first unit I looked at had a very thick, black, wet oil, covering the back left side of the wall. It also did not seem to be secure of keeping weather, or creatures from ruining my belongings. I then decided to upgrade to a climate controlled unit. The interior of the building is very hot & humid. I'm concerned it will not be conducive for storing my items for any length of time. Also, on move in day, we ended up going past the time of what the property is opened. Because we lost track of time, we ended getting locked in to the facility for over half an hour while we waited for the person from the 800 number to access a working code for us. I understand being able to gain access to the unit after 10pm. However, I am extremely concerned about being locked in the facility. If someone has not been able to find something they need and goes past the 10pm curfew, I DO NOT believe they should be locked in!

Not happy!
I was told I would be able to get in during certain hours and when I showed up with movers I could not get in the gate. I was paying by the hour and it cost me a lot of money!! Had to wait til the gate opened in the morning to get in!! The emergency line was no help and quite rude! Cant wait to vacate!
