I've been a loyal customer of Uhaul all my life, and i usually stick to one company, if one bad experience happens, i usually look over it. But the last time, it was back to back of things that came off extremely short and costed me WAY to much money, and there customer service was massively poor, they didnt help in any way to help moving to the bay any easier. I based my judgement of moving my house hold stuff to their storage. On the base of their short comings of information. It cost me double the initial budget i have plan to move. cz the unit they suggested to have my 3bedroom household didnt even fit 1/4 of the truck load.
So what i did, i searched up another storage company. I end up picking this Public Storage because of the understanding and well oriented staff, they extremely understood the discomforts of moving and did what they could possibly do to make my moving to the bay easier. You couldnt get any more better customer service to help you in your time of moving then from the staff from this Public Storage, they are warm welcome, well oriented and the gold ticket what stood out to me, anything moving related, they go outta their way to make sure they give an efficient answer with multiple options to let you pick whats best for you.
From a person who just went out on a wim to look for another storage unit to place our stuff till we buy a house here in the bay. I couldnt ask for a better staff and company to provide the service and customer service then this Public Storage.
