Very friendly and helpful
I couldn't find my storage 654 for over an hour of being there, it just so happen to be a couple of people out there in their storage,who told me how to read the numbers, very helpful

Nice size unit.
It was a great experience outside of when I got my unit I was told I got a free lock there wasn’t one in there. So I had to go buy one.
