Just Moved in
So far we're pleased with the size & price of our unit & friendliness of staff and would have rated with all 5 stars BUT when we opened it up, the unit wasn't clean! There were scraps of plastic, debris, dirt (cumulative) in the unit. Also, there are 2 doors to this unit; one is within the gated section, the other ISN'T!!! This is upsetting so I guess we'll place heavy large items against that door and not utilize it.

Simple rental
Did everything on line never had to set foot in the office. Loved it

Everything is fair but forcing a customer to sign a non negotiable agreement to auction off property they dont or cant afford to lose , thats the only thing i want them to be more nicer about, there is two types of storage use , dire situations and non dire situations hopefully that can be understood in the future and the policys change

Not worth it
I got my storage and the code didnt work I got stuck inside for hours. Called multiple times no answer. After 2 hours got someone on the call center they gave me an emergency code to get out and it didn't work. The call center couldn't get a hold of the worker the manager the district manager or anyone else. They really dont care about customer service. Every time I go to the office there seems to be an emergency and no one is there they are gone and its closed.

We do care for you and everyone of our customers. I do Apologize for this happing to you. As soon as I got the call I immediately phoned you back ,and help you with this situation. I even came down to the store after hours to make sure you got your gate code .There will be times that the office will be closed due to having to get lunch, bank etc.
