Trying to scam me and charge me excessive fees while not using the storage
I was told that this was a month to month lease. You can never get in touch with management even when trying to move in. I am not using the unit, I called and told the management on voicemails that I was done. I told them not to attempt to charge my card anymore. The management emailed me weeks later and demanded I pay for a lock. I left the lock with them. The manager then attempted to charge my card 15 consecutive days for fees and rent while I was not using the unit. The management then sent me an invoice for a ridiculous amount and wants to keep adding to that amount while I am not bound to pay it per lease agreement and while I'm not using the unit, hoping to access my card and autopsy. The practice has cost me greatly in fees and that is in addition to those the storage facility is billing. I just wanted to use the unit to move for a month and didn't sign a marriage agreement. There are other storage facilities very near by. I would recommend going there.
