IГўв‚¬в„ўve never had a storage unit, so I was a bit confused as to how it worked but the gentleman I spoke to before my move in day was very helpful and informative. He went over the whole process and it was very easy. I was a bit confused looking for the actual unit, again IГўв‚¬в„ўve never had one, so I didnГўв‚¬в„ўt realize the small Гўв‚¬Е“doorГўв‚¬Вќ led to a hallway with different storage units. Just my oversight. The only thing I was a tad bummed about was I thought IГўв‚¬в„ўd get one of the units with the Гўв‚¬Е“garage dooorГўв‚¬Вќ as the main access point, not through a small Гўв‚¬Е“garage doorГўв‚¬Вќ and into A hallway. Probably my oversight and I couldГўв‚¬в„ўve easily asked, but thatГўв‚¬в„ўs the only small downside. I have one or two large pieces (large sofa) that IГўв‚¬в„ўm not sure will make it into the unit but I can store it at my parents house thankfully for the time being. Other than that small hiccup, it was a very smooth and easy process.
