Some confusion regarding move-in procedure and the instructions given to me by Sparefoot. After completing the on-line lease I was not given code needed to enter the facilityテ「竄ャ邃「s gate, and using the QR code posted didnテ「竄ャ邃「t work. When I called 10 Federalテ「竄ャ邃「s customer help line I was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes. Twice. In 90 degree heat. I left in frustration and tried to contact someone from Sparefoot. Someone finally answered and after explaining the situation, they put me in contact with customer service at 10 Federal. I was then finally texted an entry code and lock code and was told that contrary to Sparefootテ「竄ャ邃「s instructions I did not need to show anyone my I.D. or pay a $5 administration fee. 10 Federal also said that the first two months half off promotion was only for May and June, but after making a fuss, they gave me what was promised by Sparefoot. My impression is that Sparefoot and 10 Federal need to get on the same page. The left hand doesnテ「竄ャ邃「t know what the right hand is doing. I finally was able to enter the storage facility and open my lock to my rental unit and was pleased with what I found, but came THIS CLOSE to giving up and cancelling my lease in utter frustration.
