  It was easy and the people were nice and knew all about the facility. I would recommend them to my friends.

  Michael was great

  Michael was great. Had someone else ask me if I had my mattress cover. Seems a bit of over kill on that. I bought it with the advice that it was for protecting against bugs. There holes designed in it and the packaging simply says it's to keep off dirt and smudges. Other than that it's been great.

  Customer service

  Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a nice facility but customer service could be improved. I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t aware that I could receive a tour upon request. I think it should be mentioned to all new customers.
