Kind, helpful staff!
Very positive experience. Reservation was ready immediately upon arrival, and they switched to a different size with no cost to me.The units are very tall, some 8 feet. They even gave me a free lock when I could not find mine. Quick and painless!

Great place! Good deals. Very helpful staff!
We rented a storage unit from Mini-U using the online application. It was very easy but once we got to the storage unit we realized it was too small. The staff was very accomodating and put us in a unit that fit our needs at a reasonable price. Very easy and low stress!

The people were very courteous, helpful and patient!
The storage facility was very clean, the people were great to work with and it is in a great location. The only drawback is the entrance off of County Line Road is a little difficult to find the first time.
