Update your facility information for accuracy
Told office open 9-6, took a cab at 10:30 to secure and pay for unit after recieving an email to find a notice that it was closed till 3pm. I then got repeated message that voice mail was full until 3:40pm. Told I could return the next day after my class at 11am. Upon arriving by cab I was told I had no reservation! That was resolved by showing the email I recieved . But the description I was given was inaccurate the facility was NOT 3 stories , NOT always open office 9-6, NOT resident manager operated. Disappointed that the "ceiling" of the unit was like chicken wire,NOT enclosed entirely. Upon leaving the gate did NOT require me to enter my code but opened automatically and allowed a large box truck and a SUV to exit before closing ,a security concern for me. The office staff person was friendly.

Good service and needs an interior renovation
Good service from Tiani, however, aisle are too narrow and it really needs some TLC.

Good facility
Seems like a good feeling facility. Freight elevator a bit small if you have large items - 8 ft. tall. And, security gate is not working as itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s getting fixed. I was not informed that at the time it was explained how to get in.
