The location and customer service was good, but the units need attention.
I would first like to start by saying each time I called, the customer service was really good. Unfortunately, there is no one on the grounds for you to check out the units before purchasing. Everything is completed online or over the phone. It would be nice to see the unit first. I clearly needed something much smaller like the 5X5, before I went with what was suggested. My rating comes from the unit not being cleaned prior to my arrival. There is broken glass inside as soon as you walked in (bottom right hand side) and some leaves and trash (middle back of the unit). There are also two wasp nests inside and the back wall had several rips / slits in it (could be due to wear and tear over time I guess). The area outside the unit had some trash around it as well. I called and left a message. Currently waiting for someone to get back to me ,so that I can share this information along with the photographs I have taken. It is difficult to handle certain things and avoid others when there is not an actual person on the grounds to conduct business. I would have definitely liked to switch to a cleaner, smaller and safer unit.
