Good facility, great people
Needed a unit right away after Hurricane Irma badly damaged my residence and I had to move out. Storage America had a unit available and was running out of a temporary office due to some needed repairs after the storm. The rate was comparable with others in the area.
The associate I dealt with was very kind, helpful and made sure to thoroughly explain all of the lease provisions and answer all my questions. I also appreciated her making a point to sweep the unit out before I moved in, even though it didn't look that bad.
Also, since the gate was damaged during the storm, someone stayed on site each evening to manually close it, instead of just leaving the property unsecured after office hours.
It's only been a couple of days, but so far I'm happy.

We really appreciate you taking the time to leave such a wonderful review. We are excited to announce our newly redesigned office to open soon. It looks like it is post hurricane related but we actually have been working on that for some months now. We are looking forward to getting back into the office after being temporarily in the "satellite office" . . .
