You get what you pay for
Its outside storage. My unit has no walk way or path to it. Just a big patch of grass full of stickers so its not barefoot friendly. Which alsomeans is its rained recentlyyou have to treck through mud. The floor in the unit was dirty and full of cut grass. A unit near by was open and you could see insulation falling from its ceiling. The gates are locked after 7pm which is very inconvenient for someone who works. Not a fan of a "set up fee" when theres no interaction with anyone in person and you're given a dirty unit to clean up before you use. Nothing was "set up".

Ashley, thanks for sharing your feedback. Were very sorry for your experience with us! The rain in the area has caused some muddy patches that we are actively working to resolve, we are having the land graded to help water flow away from the buildings.
Your unit should have been cleaned prior to your move in, I apologize that this was not done! The set up fee helps us cover things like this, I'd be happy to waive that fee due to your experience. Our gate hours are set in efforts to help keep your unit safe and secure, we are open 7 days a week for your convenience.
