  Got what I wanted

  I wanted a storage unit for 2 months. Cheap. Able to access it at any time. And I got just that.

  Customer service at my location is top...

  Customer service at my location is top notch. The facilities are adequate. Albeit a little rundown and in need of minor repairs. My biggest complaint, and the reason for the 3 stars. Is there are only 2 dolly carts available. I've come twice, and have had to carry my belongings from the parking lot, to the elevator, and then to my storage unit. What would've taken one trip with a cart. Now takes 3.

  Kaneohe Storage

  The location is convenient, however, Public Storage, in general, is quite expensive.
