Not Internet Friendly
The facility is great. But if they turned off the telephone and locked up the office, the place couldn't survive. They said I could manage my account(s) by internet, but it simply is not true. They don't answer email, they don't provide us with all the stuff we need to establish internet accounts, and they don't go back and identify customers who said they wanted to be internet customers - but never became internet customers - and find out what happened. In my case, I gave up because their system for registering accounts just doesn't work. The management is clueless that their system doesn't work and makes no effort to reach out to customers like me. They don't want to know that it's broke and they don't want to fix it. So I pay my bills in person. If they got their Internet access fixed, and got me registered, I would give them 5 Stars.
