Disappointing security
There are no cameras covering my parking spot. Yes the driveway in is fully covered . But someone could easily hop the fence and destroy my RV and no one would ever see what happened.

Unit clean, but facility needs maintenance
Gate passcode did not work. Called customer service and they did try to troubleshoot but ended up giving me the Гўв‚¬Е“master codeГўв‚¬Вќ to get in and told me that the maintenance man would be calling to set up a personal code (7 days ago, no call yet). Unit itself was clean but the slide lock used to open and secure unit is EXTREMELY rusted and is very difficult to open and close. First bill received was incorrect and had to call customer service to correct. At least the customer service agents are friendly and helpful.
