  Facility is fantastic. affordable, clean and secure. However the customer service of their staff isn't much to be desired.

  Rude Customer service

  called the day before to let them know I would be in the next day to rent a unit. when I showed up the next day the office was locked so I pushed the door bell. A voice came over it saying he was off site today come back tomorrow.... why would you have business hours posted on your website if your not going to follow them, and to tell a potential customer sorry I'm not in come back tomorrow. I had taken the day off from work so that wasn't an option. They should have staffed the facility appropriately so they have someone there during business hours. Price isn't everything and you get what you pay for...
