Overall ok, close to where I live
Driveway could use some rock!! Very washed out! Also reserved a climate controlled unit…thought I was getting a climate controlled unit….surprise !!! NOT climate controlled!! Г°ЕёЛњВ

Nobody on site
There was nobody on-site to assist us with getting in to the unit we rented and calling the phone number listed only led to a recording stating the number we were calling had call restrictions. My wife was finally able to find a customer service number where I was able to talk to an actual live person who was very helpful. She stayed on the phone with me to make sure I was able to operate the code lock.
