Your customer service is great. I just wish your prices were a lot lower. But other than this I have no complaints.

There should be staff on-site for the posted hours of 09:00 to 13:00 PM
Everything had to be setup through the phone and e-mails prior to moving in. I arrived the day before and no staff on-site. When I arrived for the move in date at 08:00 my access code was not valid. I sent e-mails and phone calls to several workers and did not hear back from anyone until I got a hold of Lisa at 08:45 by phone and she gave me an emergency code to enter the facility as the delivery I had scheduled was on-site by that time. There should be a way to access a representitive before 09:00am. Lisa was very helpful and I was able to get everything stored by 09:20
