Great Customer Service, but Pricing is Not exactly what I expected.
Great customer service. The rep handled my move in flawlessly. The only problem I had was I thought he total move in cost was going to be only about 43.50. Which was the 50% off plus the $24.00 admin fee. I didn't realize they make you pay the second month up front. I did buy a lock, even though she thoughtfully asked if I needed anything down to packing tape. I was under the impression too that the lock they had was the only one that worked, as when she showed me the interior units, they all had the special locks. I know she only meant well, and they likely push their employees to upsell, but I had a lock that I've used for storage rooms before, and didn't need a lock. But I understand, I bought it, and i can use my lock on something else. My biggest concern was getting the things in the storage room as soon as possible, as I had a business function to get to within the next 2 hours from the time I arrived at Public Storage. So, going in, I expected to pay half of what I paid, but other than that, it was a great experience, and I am paid up until the end of January.
