I received great customer service. They made accommodations to work with me after hours at the last minute and offered me a decent deal when I had to switch units.

The staff was polite. The facility wasn't made for campers
The staff at the facility were friendly. They let us chose our spot from three available. The brush from the outside had grown through & over the fence. When I asked if we could cut it back the answer was yes but it came with the excuse they hadn't had a chance to take care of it because the space had been utilized. I think the fence line should be something that is maintained not fixed on the spot by the patrons. My truck also got scratched while removing the brush. I didn't want to leave the brush as it was because I didn't want my trailer to get damaged.
