This self-storage is run by Lockwood Construction. The office manager was friendly and I was welcomed by her labradoodle as well. IT was quick and hassle-free to receive my unit. There is 24 hour access and the storage area is gated with an access code to enter. The unit was what I expected, none of them are completely spotless. There were a couple leaves and some dirt in the unit as well a couple small water marks. I did notice the cement inside the unit was raised which would prevent water from enter except in the event of a flood. If your things are packed in plastic containers, it should be fine.
