The customer service is great, it was very quick and courteous.
My Mother in Law and I are sharing a unit, and the entire transaction was smooth and quick. I immediately was told how many units of the type I wanted were available, how soon I could move in, and was led to an easy website to register for approval. The customer service representative made sure we knew where the location was, and gave us directions on the quickest way to reach our unit. Within an hour I had the code and unit number to move in.

I never had storage before , they were very nice. The unit was clean and very safe. I would definitely recommend.

All the people that I talked to really didn't try to help or try to see if they got any openings.they just said no.but guared dog storage took ther time to try to get me the right size to fit my needs.called me back just like she promised.very nice lady ands good protected facility.im glad I took this storage unit.will come back when i need it.ty for all that you did to help me.
