Sal on sight was very helpful.
I signed up with an off sight agent and it with was alright, Brad in Savannah,Ga was great. Trouble with that is there is not anybody to walk you through finding and entering your unit that you contracted for. I took a picture of the nap on the wall to help me. WhenI got back to make a trial run before coming the next day with the movers I could not find anywhere on the map that matched the configuration of the property. None of the infotmation given in my paperwork matched the the map on the wall and text sent to me. No building # or a door entry # was provided. I called the sight several times and every time I got a different person who knew nothing about your Murrells Inlet, SC location. Finally one rep in Florida sent an email to a regional manager or someone to meet me on site to help. Sal in Murrells Inlet called and agreed to wait for me to show up on sight to help. Sal was terrific, but he did not know the property either. God bless him as he took the time to go find the unit himself and came back and we discovered the large map on the wall is all wrong and is actually upside down. Know that I know where my unit is I am very happy. Understand thaI am only writing this to inform you that my experience was totally unnecessary. A that should have been done is scheduling an in person appoint with a rep to go through the initial entry of their newly acquired unit.
