Management sucks, don,t waste your time there!!!!
The 1 staff lady there was very nice, but the other lady which is the manager there was very distrustful by trying to trick me into signing the contract to move in without my 15% discount included but said she would apply it to my next month rent but refused to put it in writing when i ask . So i told her that don,t do business on a promise & that it must be in writing . I would advise everyone to stay away from that place...Run as fast as you can!!!!

Providing our Customers with a great Customer service experience is very important to us and we sincerely apologize for any negativity you may have experienced. We understand that you made your initial reservation through one of our moving partners and a promotion was provided via that moving partner. After canceling that initial reservation to which the promotion was applied, you made another reservation through our moving partner to which a different promotion was applied that was not to your satisfaction. Promotions are on select units and on an as available basis. As a courtesy, our store teammate offered to apply the original 15% off promotion you received through our moving partner to your unit in addition to the first-month-free promotion on your selected unit. Since the 15% off promotion was not available on your selected unit, the District Manager would have to apply the promotion to your unit himself. We are sorry this did not work out for you.
