Out to lunch.
Followed through with scheduled check-in date on Saturday, handled business part, was asked to "bring their lock left inside unit back to office ".
Within 2 minutes, I found my unit and the lock wasn't "inside the unit", I was locked out of the unit with no code for lock. I called the frontdesk like 5 times to no answer because she went to lunch within 2 minutes of me leaving frontdesk, so I left a message about situation because I didn't know when or have hours to wait her return, I was scheduled to work in New Haven.
She never acknowledged message by call, text or email, finally, 2 days later, I went back and she told me she got my message when she got back from lunch and it's been open ever since?
Was left open for 2 days and I lost 2 days of storage because they locked me out, that I paid for. So NO, I won't set anyone up by putting them through BS like that, I've used plenty of units over 20 years with way better service.
