False Advertising, no customer support solution.
I entered an agreement to rent a 10x10, video surveilled, self-storage unit.
The storage unit I was provided is less than 9' x 10' in size.
I called the customer service number, was offered other "10x10" units onsite.
I checked and measured those units; none were larger than 9' deep.
This means I am paying for 100' sq ft of storage, and have access to less than 90' sq ft.
Other than offering me to move to a different, same size unit at the storage facility, Customer Service said they would not be doing anything else.
They would not adjust the rent rate I am being charged for the reduced space.
Also, there is not video camera coverage in the storage unit rows, so the storage is not protected with surveillance.
