The price is right. The location will do. So why not patronize Owosso Self Storage?

The person who I,dealt with was good,but he had 3 customers to deal with at one time,and his computer was so slow it hindered his work. When he took me to the unit it was dirty and the ceiling. Was falling down(insulation) I haven't moved anything in yet and he called a few days ago to tell me he was going to tAke care of it he is very good at his job . I still haven't moved anything in because of moms illness so I've paid for a week and haven't used it .overall it's a nice place A better sign could help your business thanks for listening and have a blessed day,sally

It's a storage facility
Not real happy with the times open, internet says 6 closes at 5, had to race over there, fees on Internet say 45 for online reservations, still cost me 50 a month. Undate your web site

Rick, we are sorry that you had a frustrating experience. We checked the site to see whether any edits were needed. When viewing the site, however, we saw that the hours do accurately show office support of 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 3pm on weekends. We also saw that while 5 x 10 units are $45, 10 x 5 units which have wider access doors rent for $50. According to your account record, you selected the wider access 10 x 5. We apologize if our site was not clear.

The unit we got had broken door springs. This was not addressed until we asked it to be fixed and it took 3 weeks. The facility didn't have wardrobe boxes and stated they will not be getting any in soon. This is frustrating when a sign hands outside has boxes and has a wardrobe box showing!
