Emmanuel, who helped me over the phone and personally was very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and quick to help with a smile. I firmly believe that the posts - by the receptionist and over the phone are the key that would break or make any business. In my observation, those who manned the receptionist area - saw 3 of them, were very helpful and professional. Thank you.

CS was okay, not great, it was a busy weekend to move in. Facility is clean and fresh. Secure. Good value but I am concerned how much the price will increase in a few months.
