enthusiastic staff, clean, safe, reliable and well organized facilities
Not sure if it is just my location but the facility I work with is great and the management team appears to be genuinly concerned with a high level od satisfaction on the part of the customer. Happy doing business with these folks!

Your facility is clean and Ryan is very ...
Your facility is clean and Ryan is very good at his job. You do not get a 5 star rating because the placement of your 2 gate code devices to get into the parking area is horrendous. You are forced to leave your car, entering and exiting, to enter your code (in rain, snow, etc) because you have placed the devices about a foot and a half too far out of reach. Not very user friendly. I have mentioned this to Ryan and he has confirmed that I am not the only one to complain of this. So maybe you could do something about this!!!

Staff is detailed, and sales oriented. The move in experience was good, Ryan is a genuine text book employee, who focused both on the customer and store policy equally. Throughout the check in process Ryan made sure to crossed every "T" and dotted every "I", a sharp and overall good guy. I will review again in a few months, and r ate how often they raise their rates. I been storage business is known for rapid rate increases lets see how well Public Storage does in the long term.

Not enough dollies for number of units rented out

Robbed of contracted space
Most of my experience has been extremely positive. However, when I moved into the unit (10x10), I noticed that the unit did not seem square. When I measured it with a tape measure, I discovered the unit was slightly under 10 feet wide, but less than 8 feet deep. Admittedly, 10x10 units are an approximation, but this is a difference of more than 20 percent (8x10 = 80 square feet while 10x10 = 100 square feet). The management refused to make an reduction in the rate for this lost space. That was extremely disappointing.
