Great Experience
Both staff members I spoke with were extremely polite and helpful. They worked with my situation and were very nice to my son (who the unit was for). The overall process was quick and easy. The price was great and the facility was clean. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage.

Storage facilities are nothing new to me. I've stored my goods with a few storage facilities in other states. A-American has satisfied this picky, hard to please and critical person. The customer service was speedy, accurate and excellent. The facility is always clean. I would definitely recommend A-American Valley Road.

Top Notch!
Simply one of the BEST Experiences I've ever had at a Storage Facility - and in the Military I moved 47 times. The office staff was wonderful. The forklift operator was amazing. He efficiently bounced back and forth between us and another person, suggested the best possible positioning and took extra-special care with my antique - yet still operating vacuum tube TV. I've taken years to downsize from a 1,500 sq foot, 3 bedroom house to a 16x12. A-American Self Storage's helpfulness made the entire process worthwhile!
