  Excellent customer service

  Very professional, excellent service. When my moving truck arrived i had to switch units, and it was done within a very timely manner as i was paying my movers by the hour..so greatly appreciated. This is gated and has easy access. They also have padlocks, and boxes and other accessories you may need to move in the office. They offer homeowners ins on sight or you can purchase your own. Very flexible, and helpful. Month to month, no long term contract, very reasonable. I received great service.

  SpareFoot misquoted, but facility is fine

  Spare foot miss quoted the amount that would be do the day of move-in. There was no mention of having to purchase a proprietary cylinder lock that can probably only be used there. That fee was in addition to the total quote that barefoot quoted. Apparently, the managers at CubeSmart said that they have talked to barefoot about correcting that deviance, but it has still not been fixed for sometime. The aisles in this particular facility are relatively narrow, so difficult to manage with one vehicle passing when one is parked, let alone a large truck, such as a U-Haul.

  Review

  I would recommend to a friend but I will mention an extra $20+ On top of what you think your going to be paying that day, they include the lock in the rental so they add that on there, when asked to remove it they state they canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s really the only down fall cause I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t expecting to spend that much but to be fair itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the cheapest place and their customer service was great Dimond helped me and walked me to show my unit, very helpful!

  Extra charges not advertised

  They require insurance and a special lock. If you don't have either, you must purchase. The insurance was 1/2 of the cost of my rent with no discount for size of unit.

  Reservation Lost

  Reservation was somehow lost in a matter of 24 hours. Was lucky enough to have open units and was able to make a new reservation. Lady that helped us was so helpful, was just really annoyed how they lost the reservation. Then got email next day asking if I was still moving in to my unit when I had already moved in. Just very unorganized, but at the same time thankful for whoever the woman was that helped us because she reacted quickly and efficiently.
