The unit was clean and easy to access.
When I first arrived to open my unit, i had difficulty, but the representatives on your phone line were very helpful and patient. It all worked out great.

Well pleased with service and unit!
Very impressed when I called trying to locate the facility as Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not familiar with Smithfield. She stayed on the phone, assisting with the passcode and until I was able to actually open the unit. Extremely clean unit, so well maintained. Found out last night that it was easy to access the facility from my home without going on a busy Main Street.. Thanks for your help as I was certainly stressed.
