Good, clean facility but a little over priced.
We liked the facility, we thought it was a little overpriced.

I think that it will work well in the future and the customer support people are kind and try to be helpful but they are all in a period of transition because this is a new property for them. My gate code doesn't work yet, the contract is outdated and talks about a lot of things that no longer pertain to the unit. First I had to spend a lot of time on the phone to get the price that was advertised on the website. They assigned me to a unit that was not the right type and was already occupied and then they charged me extra to switch it to what I had originally asked for. I do think that all of this is growing pains that will resolve quickly, but it is extra frustrating to be the guinea pig when it's my first time getting a storage unit and I don't know things either. There was something spilled on the floor of the storage unit. It was an old spill, so it wasn't getting all over my stuff, but I do wish it wasn't there. The reason I would recommend it is that it is fairly convenient, and I do think that it will get better over time and that the mistakes were honest mistakes.

Depending on my continued experience. I'm a new renter.
Upon my initial on-line registration, I was not instructed to include an * before my gate code. My code did not work until a couple times contacting the storage facility directly. I attempted going to the facility in the early afternoon expecting to speak with someone in the office only to find that there are no office hours. I did not see on the website that the facility operates entirely on-line. Once I did get in to see my storage unit, there was no lock inside so I did get one from the box behind the A/C unit which I was told about by management. I would recommend having some sort of office hours at the facility, even if very limited just so that there is help on-site.
