They are still charging my credit card 5 months after we moved out!
The storage facility is fine, but good luck getting them to stop charging your credit card after you move out. My daughter (a recent college student) told them she was moving her stuff out in early August. Since then we have called, emailed, and left messages numerous times, but itテ「竄ャ邃「s nearly impossible to get a response, and they are still charging our card. Iテ「竄ャ邃「ve submitted disputes to the charges through the credit card company, but it shouldnテ「竄ャ邃「t be this complicated! We live in Texas, so we canテ「竄ャ邃「t just go up there and talk to someone. Pitiful customer service.

We are so sorry and apologize this happened at our facility! We want our customers to be 100% happy with our customer service! Unfortunately we had multiple employees out with Covid during that time and some of the communication in the office did not happen effectively. We did refund your credit card the months that were due back to you. The credit card company also placed a credit back on your card because of your dispute. You should have received double the credits back on your card. We hope this was enough to make up for the poor service during that time. If you are ever needing storage again we hope that you will give us another chance. We are sending you a 2 month free voucher in case you need a storage unit in the future. Again our sincerest apologies!
