No staff there to complete my rental
Well normally I don't care if staff is on-site or not. I prefer self storages that I can just handle everything online or through a kiosk. This facility claims it's a SELF storage site, however they would not release the access codes to me through my email once payment was confirmed and received. Which is the way I I've always done it in the past. I was asked to check in at the office to receive the access codes. Not a big deal. So I stop by and their is NO one working!! It's supposed to have a manager on site 24/7 according to what they have online. And like I said idc if they have staff there or not, but if you are going to ask me to come in to receive the things I've already paid for then you better be there. I spoke to someone on the phone in customer service and she was completely rude. Couldn't tell when or if ( her words) the staff member would be back. Also swore she didn't have my email on file to send me the access code even though I know she did because I had all the confirmation emails from them for the rental. After waiting an hour I called customer service again and thankfully the person i got this time was competent and sent me the access codes.
