Clean Units and Good Rates
The unit I got was brand new, but all others I saw were clean. The monthly rate is very competitive with units closer to Waukesha.

Ok but Lighting NOT Functioning!!!
Office staff was very friendly. Facility is OK, BUT, three of the main flood lights that light the immediate area adjacent to my RV were NOT functioning!!! Additionally, flood lighting for the Business Signage was out too!!! Left message at office BUT have NOT received a return call several days later!

Sullivan Self Storage received an email from Mr. Schnider on 03/07/2021 at 11:32pm with his lighting concerns. A response was sent the next morning by email 03/08/2021 at 9:19 am that lights would be checked and that the sensors for the lights may have been buried under snow, preventing the lights from going on. After further review, all lights are in good working condition besides 2, and new lights have been purchased and are waiting to be installed by an electrician. There is ample lighting through out our parking lot and storage areas. We also stated in the email, we have several working security cameras outside and our local sheriffs department drives through our parking and storage areas several times. Mr. Schnider was also given 2 other spots to park his RV up against our main building.
